We acted for a landlord who had a dispute with tenants Nick Hoogwerf and Donna Miers in the Tenancy Tribunal. The Tenancy Tribunal found in a decision dated 8 February 2023 that the tenants had to pay the landlord $27,787.77 and in addition in a decision dated 6 March 2023 that the tenants had to pay the landlord $4,907.20 in legal costs.
